Lynchburg Beacon of Hope is seeking an experienced college and career access professional to serve as Director of E.C. Glass High School Future Center.

The E.C. Glass High School Future Center Director (FC Director) serves as a direct service provider and catalyst for collaboration. The FC Director works directly with school administration and counselors to deliver an integrated set of services to students and parents. They are a dedicated education who works to inspire the best in students. Because such a goal-oriented culture builds the expectation of postsecondary planning for all students, the role of the FC Director is a dynamic one. As the program matures, a wide variety of in-school and outreach activities allow the FC Directors to serve students, families and school administration while supporting and complementing the work of school counselors and regularly reporting to Beacon of Hope management. Cultivating relationships and engaging the different stakeholders and families is critical to the overall success of Beacon of Hope and the students we serve.
