The E.C. Glass High School Future Center Director (FC Director) serves as a direct service provider and catalyst for collaboration. This role is for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds trust quickly across diverse communities, holds high expectations for students and for themselves, and finds meaning in the long game of human development.
